Nordic Walking


Nordic Walking is a great way to exercise that is suitable for nearly everyone.

It helps with:

  • Improving fitness
  • Losing weight
  • Improving a medical condition
  • Training for a specific event
  • Meeting people
  • Getting outside!

Each walk will be about 1 – 1.25 hours.

Walks are on Tuesday and Thursday at 09.30. Route and meeting point to be advised each week!

Pay per walk £5 per person.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited to 11 people per walk. So please let me know if you’d like to join in and I’ll reserve you some poles!  Please feel free to bring a friend it is a very social form of exercise!
