Yep, me too and today I was faced with what to have for brunch when faced with some leftover rice and stir-fried veggies from the night before.<\/p>\n<p>I fancied something with eggs (it&#8217;s been an egg week this week) and I came up with what turned out to be something much nicer than I imagined.
