Only managed one of the three Fit Camp sessions this week. Will aim for all of them this week.<\/p>\n<p>Diet &#8211; Been doing well until now but have had some red wine this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breakfasts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poached haddock and poached egg with sliced tomatoes.<br \/>\nScrambled eggs on a bed of watercress with 2 rashers of bacon and mushrooms.<br \/>\nPoached eggs on spinach.<br \/>\nFresh fruit and nuts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lunch:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salads &#8212;<br \/>\nchicken and peanut satay<br \/>\ncold meats<br \/>\ntinned mackerel<br \/>\navocado and olives<br \/>\nH\/M grain free quiche with carrot and watercress salad<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Smoky chillied beef and peas.<br \/>\nSausages and salad.<br \/>\nChicken and mushroom with coconut pesto sauce.<br \/>\nSteak and green beans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Snacks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\/M grain free crackers<br \/>\nH\/M nakd bars<br \/>\nFruit<br \/>\nPistachios<\/p>\n<p>My energy levels are all restored!
